Do Post Saint Plugin license activations on a development environment count against my site license count?

We do not count a website license activation if you activate your license key on a website using an IP address or one of the following:

• localhost
• 10.0.0.0/8
• 172.16.0.0/12
• 192.168.0.0/16
• *.dev
• .*local
• dev.*
• staging.*
